Nice ambience (4 out of 5 start) especially in a 6star hotel. This buffet is really worth it and should try before the promotion ends.
Started with the cold dish first, Salad & Oyster first. Oyster is fresh and shell-off on the spot. Chef even wash it with salt water so it is abit saltish if you sip the water in while eating the oyster. The salad is good. alot of variety to choose from.
I try the meat next. Lamb ribs, beef, beef rendang, chicken. They all have been marinated and cook for a certain period of time so they actually melts in my mouth... Good!!!
There are different type of cheese so i took a bit of each. My favourite cheese.
Next is dessert time. So took some cheese cake, Portugese Egg Tart and orange. Orange is sooooooooooo sour!!! They have this small shot glass of dessert. From Left, Durian Pungent, Tiramisu and Pinna Cota. Not bad...
